The BEWI DOG® nutrition program has the appropriate products for every age group and activity level.BEWI DOG® is based on a simple but important principle: The nutritional needs of a dog are determined primarily by his activity level and not only by his size.Just as a top sportsman eats a high-protein diet in order to achieve outstanding performance, someone with a mostly sedentary occupation will prefer a reduced-protein diet in order to maintain his ideal weight.As a logical consequence of this, we have also designed a nutritional program for dogs which takes into account their ages and activity levels.
Furthermore, special recipes are provided for difficult stages in the dog's life, such as special diets after an illness, for overweight dogs and for dogs with food allergies. In cooperation with successful canine sports participants, veterinarians and nutrition scientists, our products are continuously improved. Tests in independent institutions and raw material inspections in factory laboratories ensure a high standard of quality.

Meat guarantee
The debate about BSE-infected animal cadaver meal has increased the awareness of many consumers about such issues. We at BEWITAL have guaranteed for many years that no cadaver meal is used in our products. Except for fish and lamb, all of our raw animal ingredients are of German origin and come from animals fit for human consumption which have been slaughtered under veterinary supervision and inspected for suitability. This is attested for each delivery of raw ingredients by a corresponding veterinary certificate. All risks with regard to undesirable substances in meat (antibiotics, etc.)are thus eliminated just as in our own human food.
